The ULHPC team is very pleased to announce the public opening of the an Open OnDemand portal.
What is it?
Open OnDemand is a web-application that simplify access to HPC ressources. In particular, it provides an easy interface to run applications (e.g. Stata, Matlab, …) on the cluster and almost as if you would run them on your local machine.

Which applications are available?
Currently, the portal mainly supports:
- Jupyter Notebook
- Matlab
- Stata
If you would like us to add other applications to the portal, do not hesitate to request them via the support portal.
How do I access it?
You can access the portal at the following URL: https://hpc-portal.uni.lu and you have to login with your ULHPC credentials. Note that the portal is only accessible at the university premises or via the university VPN.
After you successfully log in the portal, you should land on the below homepage:
Click on “Interactive Apps” to start a session, see below:
